Where does Luloo Kids deliver?
We deliver throughout Australia and to selected international destinations, subject to supplier and carrier coverage. Standard delivery is free within Australia. International delivery generally costs AUD $30–$50, with the exact charge shown at checkout. The supplier’s current estimate will be used for each item.

Can I return an item?
Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 7 calendar days after delivery. Conditions and exclusions apply. Your Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged or incorrectly described products are not limited to 7 days.
How can I track my order?
Once an order leaves the supplier, available tracking and the current delivery estimate will be sent to the email used at checkout. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately.
