Luloo Kids is the public name of this online-only shop. Privacy requests and customer enquiries can be sent by email to support@lulookids.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email, delivery and billing details, telephone number when needed for an order, order information, account details, support messages, preferences you submit, device information and website activity needed to operate and secure the service. Complete payment-card details are processed by checkout and payment providers rather than stored directly by Luloo Kids.

Service providers and order fulfilment
Our shop uses Wix for hosting, ecommerce, customer management and related functions, and Stripe for payment processing through Wix. Information may also be shared with DSers, AliExpress sellers and other product suppliers, and delivery providers when reasonably necessary to process payment, fulfil an order, provide support or comply with law. We disclose only the information reasonably needed for each service.
Overseas processing
Providers and suppliers may store or process information in Australia and other countries involved in technology, payment, fulfilment or delivery. The countries involved can vary according to the product, supplier and service provider.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask whether we process your personal information and request access, correction or, where applicable, deletion. A request may be limited where information must be retained to fulfil an order, comply with law, keep tax or transaction records, resolve disputes, maintain security or prevent fraud. You can submit a request or complaint by email to support@lulookids.com. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within 24 hours and will explain any further time reasonably required to investigate.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described here or by law, and take reasonable steps to protect it. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
